Patty was an avid golfer and cross-country runner in her youth. She loves the outdoors and enjoys staying active through hiking, kayaking, yoga and pilates.

Patty brings over 30 years of valued experience in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, sports injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, and is dedicated to helping clients of all ages and activity levels to confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Physical Therapy program, Patty’s passion for physiotherapy began after experiencing its benefits firsthand as a young runner. She has since dedicated her career to helping people to move better and grow stronger, recover from injury, return to sport and achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Known for her warm, collaborative approach and her commitment to delivering client-centred, goal-oriented care, her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programming to optimize movement, strength, and function. She believes the best outcomes occur when clients are active participants in their recovery and works closely with each individual to develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and priorities.

Committed to lifelong learning, Patty remains curious and fascinated by how the body moves and it’s ability to both heal and improve. She continues to expand her skills and knowledge to ultimately better serve her clients. Patty has completed extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy, movement and gait analysis, exercise rehabilitation, muscle imbalances, acupuncture, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation. She is ACC Level 1 Certified in Acupuncture.

Outside of the clinic, Patty had years of experience providing training and sideline care for her daughter’s hockey and softball teams. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outside with her dog, hiking, kayaking, photography, reading and studying Spanish. She has a long bucket-list of places she’d love to travel to! Patty also speaks Spanish and French.

Danielle is a dedicated physiotherapist whose own love of sport began early. She grew up as a competitive alpine ski racer, played varsity field hockey, and enjoyed recreational high diving. She went on to coach downhill ski racing for 17 years, giving her a deep appreciation for athletic development, injury prevention, and the physical and mental demands of sport.

With over 14 years of experience in private practice, Danielle enjoys helping people of all ages recover from injury, manage pain, and return to the activities they love. She treats a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related conditions, with a personalized approach that focuses on each client’s individual goals and lifestyle.

Danielle completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after earning her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Western University. She is passionate about lifelong learning and has continued to expand her clinical expertise through advanced training in manual therapy, pediatric movement assessment, and developmental milestones, allowing her to provide evidence-informed, individualized care.

While Danielle enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, she has a special interest in pediatric physiotherapy and youth sport athletes. As a self-proclaimed “big kid,” she loves making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for children while helping them build confidence through movement. She also enjoys working with young athletes, helping them recover from injury, improve performance, and safely return to the sports they love.

In addition to her clinical work, Danielle has mentored physiotherapy students throughout their clinical placements and enjoys supporting the next generation of physiotherapists. She believes that building strong relationships, listening to her clients, and working together are key to achieving the best outcomes. Outside the clinic, Danielle enjoys skiing with her husband and three children, hiking with the family dog, and spending as much time outdoors and being active with her family as possible.
